Where can I find login details?

The login details are the same as for the Neota Route. First of all, it is needed to apply for a Neota Route. The best way is to contact your heat pump supplier. You enter the obtained login details into the application the first time you start it. Don’t forget to click the Save login details option to make your next login really comfortable.

How many users can control one heat pump at the same time using a mobile application?

The maximum number of simultaneously connected users is 3. However, you can have the application installed on more devices. The restriction only applies to those connected at one time. There is no restriction on browser.
